Cell Phone Technicians - a leader in retail cellular repair services seeks a Customer Service Technician to provide customer service and technical repair in a retail environment.To support our growth, qualified candidate should be high energy and a career minded individual with superb customer care abilities, superior communication skills and the ability to learn in a fast paced environment.
Job duties will include:
Disassembly to repair component level and reassemble.
Responsible for providing a high level of technical customer service support in a retail environment. Programming, troubleshooting and testing of cellular phones.
Instructing customers on proper use of cellular phones and equipment. Completing paperwork related to service. Entering and tracking customer data using Client tracking systems.
6-12 months of customer service/retail experience with strong customer service skills. Technical aptitude with retail electronics experiences a plus.
Ability to use positive interpersonal skills to handle customer problems.
Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
PC and Internet proficiency
Professional, neat appearance required. Ability to work retail hours required.
Experience analyzing, troubleshooting problems and resolving them.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
